IS&T contributed to the digital transformation for RAS Al-Khaimah
Municipality by hosting a back office that supports Its infrastructure civil
engineering activities including Urban Planning, Building license, Roads, Bridges &
sewage system. RAK had 600 Civil and Architecture engineers utilizing on Arch GIS
and Arch Info for their work.

IS&T has supported a new Out sourced business line in Vodafone related to Out bound Contact Center Campaigns, by provide recruitment and Fully outsourcing Sales and marketing employees to Vodafone, supporting multinational companies dealing with Vodafone.

The leading Pharmacy chain in Saudi Arabia with 1000+ branches across
the kingdom managing its contact center from Egypt. With 250 pharmacists
working 24/7, the center diligently processes prescription orders and inquiries for
residents of Saudi Arabia.

IS&T convinced IBM to relocate its Global support center (GSC) from Central
Europe to Egypt. That global center supported 140 countries in different
languages. IS&T proudly adhered to IBM standards for its support center.
following the successful Implementation of the yellow network, IBM entrusted
IS&T to deploy Its Blue network even though it was solely deployed on premise.
